Signature Health’s team in Willoughby cares for both children and adults. We offer mental health, addiction recovery, primary medical care, infectious disease, and pharmacy services—through in-person and telemedicine appointments. Several different counseling groups are available to meet our patients’ needs, as well as free, walk-in screening for HIV, hepatitis C and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). To establish mental health or addiction recovery care with Signature Health, patients must complete a 90-minute diagnostic assessment (DA) to determine appropriate services. These appointments are typically scheduled in advance, but we also offer walk-in DAs so individuals can quickly access support when they make the decision to get help.
