Offers case management, daycare, after school programs and counseling referrals among other services and is free of charge. Residents within Summit County in need of gas or electric assistance due to a current disconnection notice may apply once every 12 months. They must be eligible according to program and income guidelines. Calls are taken every Monday from 8:00 AM through 9:00 AM, first come first serve only for intake when funding is available. The resident will be called back and given an appointment for the same week if eligible. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with water bills
