Mind/Body Institute is a holistic outpatient clinical mental health counseling service that integrates cutting-edge treatment methods, including EMDR therapy and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, which are grounded in the latest behavioral health and neuroscience research. These methods are complemented by mindfulness and relaxation exercises, as well as somatic awareness techniques. With a client-centered, strengths-based approach, they meet each individual where they are, working collaboratively to design and implement customized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve their goals.
