Assist justice-involved individuals in making a successful transition back to the community, by using holistic and systemic approaches in linking individuals with services specific to their needs, thereby reducing recidivism and promoting public safety. Delaware County Reentry Coalition is a program facilitated by Southeast Healthcare, a contracted provider with the Delaware-Morrow Mental Health and Recovery Services Board.
